Payment Methods

-Orders must be paid in full by PayPal,  CashApp, Zelle,  or Wire/Bank transfer prior to shipping.

- Shipping is thru Fedex and live arrival is guaranteed. Please send an email if you are local to South Florida and would like to arrange a local pickup

- If an animal arrives deceased, the buyer must email/call Gecko City immediately upon delivery with photographic and video proof, and a refund will be issued.

-We only Tuesday, Fedex overnight, for Wednesday morning pickup. 

-Payment plans are offered on an agreed upon basis, with total payment required on animals at the end of agreed upon timeframe (Usually 30 days). If payment is not completed in full at the end of the payment period, animal is subject being re-listed without the 25% initial deposit being refunded.

-The health guarantee does not include external injuries or those that are due to keeper error.
